Ugandan police on Tuesday arrested opposition leader Nobert Mao who attempted to hold a meeting at a public square in the capital Kampala. Mao, who had been briefly detained last week, was dragged into a van by a handful of plain clothed police officers after a standoff with security forces at Kampala's Constitutional Square as opposition leader, Olara Otunnu, retreated after water cannon and tear gas were fired at them to disperse around 20 opposition members.

And, they can be recognizable.
Then, can they sit down to have dialogue?
I am Ugandan, dialogue does not work in the part of the world. In fact opposition is not recognised at all! Things are really bad on the ground, toddlers are dead as result of government troops' random shooting to disperse protesters and the government is not doing anything other than blaming the opposition.
This is only going to end with an international tribunal for crimes against humanity... And it's going to come at a very high cost.
Wow. Other than making for amazing pictures, what on earth was the point of that? Yes, I know, to make them recognizable. Mistake, because amazing pictures get much bigger play than boring ones.
I can't believe MSNBC actually used the repressive expression "colored water." How despicable! Don't you know it's "water of color"?
serious?? these are people not easter eggs.
Cool! Now they all look like Snooki....
So they are having a drought and the President there in that country has his military use water on protesters? What a waste of water that supposedly is in short supply. Epic Fail!
