Uh, I'm liberal and I agree that people should protect their homes and stuff. Maybe you conservatives should wake up to reality that people don't really all think what the talk radio people tell you we think. They keep saying something outrageous so that you will keep watching and listening, but the majority of it is hogwash designed to get you stirred up and keep you like that. But then anyone who realized this stopped listening to that tripe long ago.

Uh, I'm liberal, too.  You shouldn't go around spouting off like this.  It may get you into trouble.  I agree that you should protect your home, in fact, if I had a gun I might use it on an intruder, too.  That's the problem.  Guns DO kill people regardless of what you conservatives think.  That's why I'm glad I don't own one.  I think having a guard dog, or some other means of protection would be better.  Perhaps rigging something above the door....
