    I hope they are using chlorine in that water .....are there filters? or will we be reading about diseases next from dirty water.

    It's a great idea. I feel badly for those New Yorkers....

            There is at least one innovative thinker at city hall! Now if everyone could figure out how to use what we have....this country would be the better for it. Good for you, New York City!
